Maintenance Controller (5 position)
General Personnel Instructions :
All personnel must follow all instructions and regulations issued by the Company and Authorities.
All personnel are obliged to be well informed regarding the Company established Safety and Quality policy and the obligations to report any deviations discovered.
Company information regarding personnel, finance, organisation and operational experience is not allowed to be distributed outside the Company.
All documents, instructions, reports and manuals issued by the Company, that have not expressly been released for distribution and publication, are regarded as confidential. Any release of such information will be reason for dismissal and subject for legal actions.
Press and news media are to be referred to the President regarding all technical matters and statements.
Promotes Safety Management System (SMS) :
Allocates resources to sustain risk management activities.
Identifies and evaluates safety hazards.
Takes action to eliminate hazards or reducing risk to an acceptable level.
Adopts appropriate best industry practices.
Promotes aviation safety including the exchange of safety related information.
Reports to the Manager Maintenance Control MCC ; must possess a valid LAE License and have three years of experience on heavy aircraft.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Coordinatewith Manager Maintenance Control and Line Maintenance Manager, routine and non-routinemaintenance to ensure compliance with GMM policies and procedures.
Researching approved sources and distributing technical and operational instructions to linemaintenance personnel.
NotifyingSystem Operations Control of maintenance status of the aircraft.
Receiving, recording and approving (if applicable) requests to assign Minimum Equipment, Configuration Deviation List, NEF to aircraft. Ensuring thataircraft are in compliance with the requirements for MEL/CDL deferral.
Recording all applicable data and enters the deferred items into the tracking system.
Ensures appropriate, timely action is taken to correct inoperative MEL/CDL and otherdeferred items.
Expediting requests for parts, supplies and technical assistance in support of linemaintenance.
Maintaining liaison with Operations personnel to schedule and expedite clearing of deferreditems, performing required maintenance, repair while maintaining schedule.
Researching and recording data for delay reports, maintenance reliability, in service reportsand other unscheduled maintenance events.
Providing estimated time for return to service for out-of-service aircraft and the status ofdeferred items.
Reviews log sheets and other work documents as received to ensure they are completeand accurate for the maintenance performed prior to aircraft release.
Performing such other duties as may be assigned by the Manager Maintenance ControlMCC or Director of Maintenance.
Qualification :
Experience : Should have at least 5 years heavy aircraft maintenance experience, Preferably including MX Control.
